All products are sold Cash in Advance, how quickly you perform payment will determine the order fulfillment time for a major part. After the agreed order amount is received by accounting your order will get released for shipping.

    Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order after payment?

The total shipping cost will be calculated on a percentage of the total order value. To which percentage you are subjected too will be determined upon your location, closer to the Netherlands, the lower the percentage.

    Q: Do you have any restrictions on what you can ship?

    Q: What happens if my package becomes damaged?

They will initiate a claims process on the damaged shipment. Photos of the occured damage(s) is often requested by our shipping carrier. 

Our Support Team will make arrangements with you to replace the parts that were damaged.

 

 

    Q: What types of customs fees can I expect to pay?
