Q: Who is behind BEAMStock.eu? A: BEAMStock.eu is operated by an independent party with a conveniently located office and warehouse in The Netherlands, Europe. A team of people with years of central vac background will maintain all products, inventory, images and will process all orders, payments and logistics. |
Q: How do I receive a login? A: When you already are a recognised Electrolux Central Vacuum Systems distributor you must contact your Territory Sales Manager in order to receive your login credentials. You may also send your request to our Support Team through our online contact form. |
Q: How do I become a recognised E-CVS distributor? A: When you want to join the Electrolux dealership please send your inquiry with the help of our online contact form. We will then forward your message to the responsible person within Electrolux Central Vacuum Systems. We appreciate your interest and will reply within 2 business days. |

Q: The inventory of a particular product does not appear. What does this mean? A: When the amount of stock is not shown, this normally means there is enough stock of the item at any given moment to meet demand. |

Q: What is the standard order fulfillment time? A: At BEAMStock.eu we guarantee to manually process all orders within two (2) business days. When everything was found to be good and after any possible amendments were made we’ll send the proforma invoice. | |||||||||||||
Q: Will ordering large quantities of the same product affect my order fulfillment time? A: When ordering large quantities of a single item, orders may take longer to fulfill. Q: How do I pay for my merchandise? A: All ordered products are shipped Cash in Advance. When everything was found to be good after our manual review and after any possible amendments were made we’ll send the proforma invoice. Q: Why does BEAMStock.eu charges a handling fee? A: At BEAMStock.eu we have chosen to not require a minimum order quantity of most products. This way you are not forced to buy undesirable large quantities of particular products. Q: How can I track the status of my current order and previous order(s)? A: BEAMStock.eu provides a state-of-the-art tracking system for use by our customers. Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order after payment? A: As soon as accounting has received and confirmed the payment of the full amount for your order the products will get released for shipping. A bank transfer confirmation can be send upon agreement with our Support Team for releasing your order to speed up the process.

Q: What about backordered items? A: Occasionally, a particular item may be temporarily out of stock. Backordered items are typically shipped out when they are received within our warehouse. Backorders over 2 months old will prompt a call or email from our Support Team to confirm that you still wish to receive the item. Regular shipping charges apply to all backordered items. |
Shipping
Q: How is the shipping cost calculated? A: Shipping costs for orders placed at BEAMStock.eu depend upon your location and total order value. The total shipping cost will be calculated on a percentage of the total order value. To which percentage you are subjected too will be determined upon your location, closer to the Netherlands, the lower the percentage. |
Q: Do you have any restrictions on what you can ship? A: We do not have any restrictions on what we can ship. We offer a solid shipping solution with unmatched transit times for all orders originating from Europe, Mid East, Africa and Russia. Whether you order a small quantity of control boards or multiple full pallets of tubing, we take care of everything. |
Q: How can I track delivery of my shipment? A: Our shipping carriers provide a state-of-the-art tracking system for use by our customers. A Track & Trace ID will get assigned to every order as soon as it's been released for shipping. You'll receive a notification message from us by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. This message will include your unique shipping ID to trace and follow every move of transit. |
Q: Can I collect the goods at your warehouse? A: No. Transport will always be arranged by BEAMStock.eu. |
Q: What happens if my package becomes damaged? A: If your package/shipment was damaged in transit, you must immediately notify our Support Team via live chat or online contact form. They will initiate a claims process on the damaged shipment. Photos of the occured damage(s) is often requested by our shipping carrier. |
Q: What types of customs fees can I expect to pay? A: Unfortunately, we do not have detailed information on customs fees and tariffs per country. If you have any questions about applicable duties and tariffs, please contact your local goverment office prior to ordering. If you refuse a shipment at the customs office, and it is returned to us, we will not refund the cost of shipping the package to you. |
